Google Assistant currently has a less prominent UI in Google Maps

The Google Assistant needs to be your co-pilot – recently it arrived on Android Auto, now it's taking off to Google Maps for Android too. It appears that this element is empowered for a few (however not all) clients who have refreshed to rendition 10.4.1 of Maps.

To call the Assistant you either utilize the "Hello, Google" hot word or tap on the mouthpiece. In either case, a subtle board slides up from the base. Any activities won't conceal the guide – e.g. beginning a call or communicating something specific keeps the dialer and informing applications out of sight so you generally have a reasonable perspective of the guide.

Aide touched base on Maps toward the finish of September, yet its UI would conceal a large portion of the screen when dynamic.

Note that we attempted this on a couple of telephones at the workplace, which ran Maps v10.4.1, however we got the old UI. It appears as though this is certainly not a total rollout, yet splash testing now.
